Tony Catavlo was great. However I was totally not happy when it came time to sign finance papers. Charlie said I had a credit score of 692 and was unable to get .0 financing and pay a rate of 4.8. I told T when it came time to sign finance papers. Charlie said I had a credit score of 692 and was unable to get .0 financing and pay a rate of 4.8. I told Tony we have no deal and plan on getting my lease car ready to take back. I showed Tony on my phone with Experian is 791 and on karma transunion was 743 and Eqifax was 758. I told Tony to show my scores to his manager otherwise I was not going to buy the car. He took my score to his boss and it was finally approved at .0 financing. I felt unsatisfied with the crap I had to go through. So I thank Tony for putting out the fire. More
