My service manager, Joe, is very honest and knowledgeable, as I had him for my 2016 car and continue to use him for my new lease. Tony was competent and pleasant, but I wish he showed me ho knowledgeable, as I had him for my 2016 car and continue to use him for my new lease. I had to resort to reading the manual for information and the same was to educate myself on the heating system.
