July 2020 brought car to adjust pulling to right. Also service recommended by technicians. Then brought back for reprogramming. The other important factor is the prompt response over the telephone. They answer the calls and call back as needed, this is a great deal for me due to the distance to get to the shop. beware - they do not pay off your trade I just bought my second car fro the dealership. The first experience was GREAT. This time not so much. I finally showed up last week and talked to Charlie. He swore it would be taken care of right away. It is still not paid off. I get harassing calls from my bank every day.
