To Say these folks deserve 5 stars would be an understatement. They are truly major leaguers, and without a doubt best in class. From the personal touch that was provided for me from the first moment Tim Jacques and I got together, he was taking photos of my car and texting them too me into the evening, as well as picking me up at the airport and driving me to the dealership in my new car. He then proceeded to call me after I made my way home to making sure I was happy and if there were any questions I had about the car. Lastly, their Finance Director made what usually is the most unpleasant part of the experience one of the best parts of the day. He had my paperwork ready to go and was a pleasure to talk with. Charles Lauria was a true professional and really made me feel that he had provided me with the best deal possible. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect from finance to management at Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach, Fl. First the finance guy typed up the paperwork wrong and had to re do it which a from finance to management at Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach, Fl. First the finance guy typed up the paperwork wrong and had to re do it which apparently cause my state registration to be printed with out my name on it. They now want me to pay them 60 dollars to get my corrected registration. There managers were rude on the phone. They could care less about me as a customer. If I knew they were like this I would have never bought a car from them. After having this conversation with multiple people at there dealership and every one with the same nasty attitude my next calls are to cadillac direct. These people are thieves. They are trying to rip me off for a measly 60 bucks after I just spent all this money on a brand new 2021 XT6. Do your selves a favor and do not buy a car from them. You will regret it if you do. Let me say that the sales girl Samatha Rodriquez was great. Every one else I spoke to after that were total jerks. More
