I recently had my 2018 ATS serviced and repaired. Joe Ortiz was my contact. Joe did everything he told me he would do. He called me couple times to update me on everything. He even had a back up plan if Ortiz was my contact. Joe did everything he told me he would do. He called me couple times to update me on everything. He even had a back up plan if necessary. Super dealership and my salesman was the best! I went to other dealerships and many of the salesman would not even spend the time to take care of me. Alan Berkowitz was my salesman and he not only handled other dealerships and many of the salesman would not even spend the time to take care of me. Alan Berkowitz was my salesman and he not only handled the deal well but made it quick and easy to buy my car. He offerred me different types of payments as well as leases and assistetd me with learning how to operate my new vehicle.
