Alan Berkowitz did a great job making my transaction fairly painless, bought a used 2016 Premium Black Escalade, with the gorgeous brown/mocha interior, it was the only one within 500 miles of me with t fairly painless, bought a used 2016 Premium Black Escalade, with the gorgeous brown/mocha interior, it was the only one within 500 miles of me with the color/interior we wanted, so that made negotiating a great deal a little more difficult, as I wanted THIS ESCALADE, and walking out if I did not get my best deal was not really an option. I gave away my trade, 09 Escalade ESV, which was in very good condition, mechanically it was almost perfect, but we purchased the Escalade we wanted, so it all worked out. Nice people at this dealership, Alan was very nice, seemed like a really good guy, Michael in finance department was great, paid cash, so Michael did not try to sell me the "rustproofing" stuff, which I really appreciated, had me in and out of the finance office very quickly !!
