Finger pointing. Planned on paying cash, finance suggested I check out their deal. They couldn't get home address to come up. Finance department couldn't get "third party" software to calculate sales tax properly at business.. Glad I double checked the numbers and didn't get stuck by their incompetence. Figured it for them they couldn't connect the dots, but then they wanted to do a "title" sale. Sure no problem set up transport day before they decide they need to contact the county clerk first and get taxes prepayed. It was the 4th "surprise" in 2 weeks. Getting the feeling they dont know what they are doing. They send me a tracking number for an overnight and I notice that it never got sent. They swear it got sent. I figure fedX must have dropped the ball. County clerk confirms no envelope. Call back get the run around, voicemail no calls. No management to help. Get the same finance guy again "Jason" same guy that couldn't figure the tax, had a surprise a moment. Not allowed to have Jason's number, cant get transferred. The poor salesman has to take his cell phone in. Jason tells me its someone else's fault and says arrange transport, I tell him after 3 times no way. I used a cuss word and said if he was my employee I would have fired him, so he gave me some sort of answer that I will need to take care of shipping when the papers are right and hangs up on me. Come to find out the overnight is still on his desk never sent the title. (this is now going on for almost 3 weeks) I call again and try to get management to help, no way its like a steel curtain. Was really looking forward to an awesome car buying experience of my dream car. Now I just want my money back, some other salesman says he will resolve it, since there isn't any management. He was a "senior" associate, at least he picked up his phone. Maybe he will. More
