My salesperson was Sebastian Aguilar and he went out of his way to make this a great sale. The challenge was trying to get anyone to address why my Title was never correctly submitted to the DMV showing th his way to make this a great sale. The challenge was trying to get anyone to address why my Title was never correctly submitted to the DMV showing the correct lienholder. Now, 6 weeks later, it is still showing as "No Lienholder," when in fact it should be Bank of America. I cannot refinance this vehicle because of this. Horrendous response, then I find out their Finance Manager is longer there. They have a 1 Star Google Review and 2 1/2 Stars Yelp. Same issue - after sales support is non-existant More
