Sebastian was very patient and accommodating while I test drove a used car twice. He also let me be very picky and inspect the cosmetics of it and did all he could to make me happy. It was not a Cadillac but drove a used car twice. He also let me be very picky and inspect the cosmetics of it and did all he could to make me happy. It was not a Cadillac but he helped to figure out the technology which was way above my comprehension and explained it to me very well so I was able to use it easily. He is a very polite and kind young man and was not pressuring me at all on making the purchase. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend Sebastian and the team at Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray!! Worst experience in the 7 years of having my Escalade serviced at Morse! I was quoted $2,788.21 for a job I had done elsewhere for $1,100. In addition, I was charged a $22.50 disposal fee when nothing wa serviced at Morse! I was quoted $2,788.21 for a job I had done elsewhere for $1,100. In addition, I was charged a $22.50 disposal fee when nothing was done to my vehicle. Plus, I was charged a $249.95/hour diagnostic fee. I'm not sure I'll ever return to Morse. More
