one of the worst dealerships in the country. Bought a new Lyriq on Jan 6th and a 11.4 Kvh charger. Electrician said the charger could not be installed without about $2000.00 of Drilling thru ext Bought a new Lyriq on Jan 6th and a 11.4 Kvh charger. Electrician said the charger could not be installed without about $2000.00 of Drilling thru exterior walls ( which I had to do) Wanted to return the charger but the dealership refused. The box was opened but charger unused. The salesperson Paul was excellent but dealership management is not customer friendly. Will advise all looking for a Cadillac to look at another dealership as this dealer just does not care More
