Mike Sica is the bombdiggety! I dropped off my 2017 XT5 on Monday November 27th 2017 for some issues plus first oil change. Mike Sica called us everyday for 5 days with an update. I dropped off my 2017 XT5 on Monday November 27th 2017 for some issues plus first oil change. Mike Sica called us everyday for 5 days with an update. He is the only one in the 5 Cadillac we have had that called everyday. Mike thank you for taking the time. A loner was provided since I do not live in Tampa. He was personable and treated us like we were his only client. All the other service guys we have had were wonderful but Mike totally exceeded our expectations with the care of not only my car but us as clients. Spoiled only Mike for us from now on. I checked around, visiting all the forums (including those I'm not a member of) and decided on Ed Morse Tampa. I had heard that Carlos was THE service advisor to have, and i can tell you, that the info was more than accurate! I am a little (read:LOT) neurotic about my car being away from me, in a dealership setting. Carlos made to feel comfortable about my decision, and kept a good line of communicaton open with me. I would, and will, tell anyone that owns a V-Series to see Carlos if they have ANY issues with their cars. Thanks again, you have restored my faith in the dealership service experience! More
