Virginia Guerin (Service Consultant) did a terrific job keeping me informed of the progress made on my vehicle and made me aware of parts which needed to be replaced from a safety perspective. She went on to explain those items which needed to be replaced and those items (if any) which could be addressed on my next visit. Kathleen and I continue to be pleased with Ed Morse Cadillac.
