Virginia Guerin (Service Consultant) did a terrific job keeping me informed of the progress made on my vehicle and made me aware of parts which needed to be replaced from a safety perspective. Virginia too keeping me informed of the progress made on my vehicle and made me aware of parts which needed to be replaced from a safety perspective. Virginia took the time to have me speak directly with the technician working on my vehicle. She went on to explain those items which needed to be replaced and those items (if any) which could be addressed on my next visit. Kathleen and I continue to be pleased with Ed Morse Cadillac. However, managements' decision to add Virginia to the service line offers customers an even greater customer experience. We will not hesitate to call upon Virginia for future service appointments.
