The professional and personal service by the managers (Carlos Martinez and his team) made my stay at Ed Morse pleasant. The atmosphere and decor in the waiting room was positive and calm. There were no 'pushy' service men or women and their attitudes were always reassuring. They provided the best options and safety solutions for my car. I bought my First Cadillac Eldorado in 2002 and It still runs like new at 109K miles due to your excellent service program. I can't wait until the new Eldorado's come out: You have a dedicated customer when they do arrive. More

Carlos always treats me with the utmost respect and keeps me informed with the progress of my car, whether I am waiting or given a car to drive home. I have had a few occasions where I have needed some additional help or obtaining additional information.
