My EdMorse lease was coming to an end. The new journey began with an internet search. I promptly received a call from the internet specialist who immediately ascertained what I was look The new journey began with an internet search. I promptly received a call from the internet specialist who immediately ascertained what I was looking for and sent me several options available. The specialist continued to communicate with me until I found a vehicle I was interested in. As I arrived at the dealer the specialist came out and greeted me and introduced me to Ivan. Ivan was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and quashed any concerns. Ivan was more than patient we me as I couldn’t make a decision and needed the night to think about the deal. The following day Ivan again showed my wife all the vehicle’s features and answered all of her concerns, even after changing the vehicle I had originally picked. Ivan is a true asset to your company. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be overwhelming but he made my experience smoother than usual. More
