There was a $1,800 for Dealer Preparation that was not adequately explained. We feel this charge should have been included in the advertised price. There was also a $999 dealership charge that was include adequately explained. We feel this charge should have been included in the advertised price. That said, we would have bought the car even if these charges were included in the advertised price. Andy and Nicholas were extremely friendly and professional. Andy called later in the day to ask if there were any questions and again two days later to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle. I've never had a salesperson do that before. Thank you Andy. Horrible! Stay away tried to Bait and Switch with outright LIE and caught! My mom has been looking for a certain car. She saw the car online. They then referred me to a salesman at the dealership. The salesman called me I told him verbally were on the way. I then received a confirmation text with the address, I stated it's an hour drive were coming with everything. He texted back "sounds good see you soon and drive safe." We arrive it was quite odd we get escorted to the very back office and the salesman asks what is my phone number, what type of cars are we interested in etc. then asks if I want his card. I replied, "no why would I want the card? if we like the car were buying it." He said ok let me get the keys, and left us sitting in the back I mean Waaaayyyy back office. After 10 minutes or so I told my mom let's go sit in the show room somethings not right. He comes out and says we have bad news, I said what the cars not here? He said no it has a deposit on it and were holding it. As were walking out to the car. I said well then why did I drive an hour? He replied well let's take it for a drive and see if you like it. I told him I'm not driving another vehicle someone is buying that's not right! If it's for sale I'll check it out but if it's sold then Nope. TLDR: Had older lady drive 1 hour one way for the old Bait and Switch tactic!! Stay clear of this pathetic dealership. I have all the texts still!! Roger the internet salesman lied and hid!! More
