To date we have purchased 10 of 11 Cadillacs' from Ed Morse. Eight of those from our sales consultant Ed Truijo. He listens to the customer and does his utmost to match the vehicle to the customer, thus we have never been disappointed in our selection, which I believe is evident as to the number of vehicles we have purchased. He is always available, within reason to answer any questions a buyer may have. Ed Morse has put together a team of professionals, from management, finance, and body repair that are unmatched to any other dealership. The service department from the service writers, the service manager and technicians are friendly, willing to resolve any problem, (the first time) so that one does not have to return again and again to solve the problem. We would certainly promote and advise anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle, be it new or pre-owned to this dealership. More

I didn't buy a cadillac buy still I should receive quality service and a good experience and I have NOT had anything good come out of my experience. Don't not use service department either. Having trouble with car and was told to bring in and got here and they had NO clue who I was, the man helping me was let go and they have no record of service. Does that sound like a buisiness you wanwant to spend your money at? Everyone acts helpful but when the work has to be done they don't have a record of what was to be done. Overall VERY dissatisfied. Highly not recommened. Spend your money where they will actually will appreciate it. More
