From the first e-mail I sent to Ed Morse Cadillac,Ken Cranford got in touch with me within minutes, both by e-mail and phone. From then on he answered just about every question I asked except for a few. He said he would get the answers and get back with me ASAP. He did, and everything he did for me was of very high standards and won my respect,to finalize my decision on purchasing my Cadillac EXT from Ed Morse Cadillac. More

I didn't buy a cadillac buy still I should receive quality service and a good experience and I have NOT had anything good come out of my experience. Don't not use service department either. Having tro quality service and a good experience and I have NOT had anything good come out of my experience. Don't not use service department either. Having trouble with car and was told to bring in and got here and they had NO clue who I was, the man helping me was let go and they have no record of service. Does that sound like a buisiness you wanwant to spend your money at? Everyone acts helpful but when the work has to be done they don't have a record of what was to be done. Overall VERY dissatisfied. Highly not recommened. Spend your money where they will actually will appreciate it. More
