I had a great experience with the folks over at Ed Morse in Tampa. After visiting several dealerships in the area and being disappointed by some high pressure sales tactics and "closers", I had an absolute in Tampa. After visiting several dealerships in the area and being disappointed by some high pressure sales tactics and "closers", I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ed and Karen. From the second I set foot in the dealership after talking to Ed on the phone and scheduling the appointment, I was treated with complete respect, genuine interest, and shown an extremely relaxed environment. During the negotiation Karen and Ed again were extremely nice, and did not employ any of the well known "tactics" that other dealers had attempted to use. The atmosphere was relaxed and low pressure the entire time. I know its a salesperson's job to become "friends" with you, and I am always quick to guard against that as far as a sales strategy, but both of the aforementioned people seemed like genuinely great people, really interested in customer service and satisfaction. I was truly of the mindset that buying a car was simply going to be a pain, no matter where I went, but Ed and Karen showed me otherwise. I never thought I would say that buying a car was easy, and maybe, just maybe even a little fun...but it was at Ed Morse in Tampa. More

Virginia Guerin (Service Consultant) did a terrific job keeping me informed of the progress made on my vehicle and made me aware of parts which needed to be replaced from a safety perspective. She went on to explain those items which needed to be replaced and those items (if any) which could be addressed on my next visit. Kathleen and I continue to be pleased with Ed Morse Cadillac. However, managements' decision to add Virginia to the service line offers customers an even greater customer experience. We will not hesitate to call upon Virginia for future service appointments. He listens to the customer and does his utmost to match the vehicle to the customer, thus we have never been disappointed in our selection, which I believe is evident as to the number of vehicles we have purchased. He is always available, within reason to answer any questions a buyer may have. Ed Morse has put together a team of professionals, from management, finance, and body repair that are unmatched to any other dealership. The service department from the service writers, the service manager and technicians are friendly, willing to resolve any problem, (the first time) so that one does not have to return again and again to solve the problem. We would certainly promote and advise anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle, be it new or pre-owned to this dealership. More
