After 5 years & 2 other non-Cadillac cars I decided I wanted to go back to Cadillac. Ken Cranford was the salesman that helped us find the vehicle I was looking for. I had a great experience with the folks over at Ed Morse in Tampa. After visiting several dealerships in the area and being disappointed by some high pressure sales tactics and "closers", I had an absolute in Tampa. After visiting several dealerships in the area and being disappointed by some high pressure sales tactics and "closers", I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ed and Karen. From the second I set foot in the dealership after talking to Ed on the phone and scheduling the appointment, I was treated with complete respect, genuine interest, and shown an extremely relaxed environment. During the negotiation Karen and Ed again were extremely nice, and did not employ any of the well known "tactics" that other dealers had attempted to use. The atmosphere was relaxed and low pressure the entire time. I know its a salesperson's job to become "friends" with you, and I am always quick to guard against that as far as a sales strategy, but both of the aforementioned people seemed like genuinely great people, really interested in customer service and satisfaction. I was truly of the mindset that buying a car was simply going to be a pain, no matter where I went, but Ed and Karen showed me otherwise. I never thought I would say that buying a car was easy, and maybe, just maybe even a little fun...but it was at Ed Morse in Tampa. More
