very poor dealership Once you buy they forget you, when I bought mine it was late and my sales person Karen told me to come back in a week to show me all the options on th Once you buy they forget you, when I bought mine it was late and my sales person Karen told me to come back in a week to show me all the options on the car even though I live over 90 miles each way, the car tire pressures were 5 lbs under what they should be but service was closed, if you bought or buy from them check your paint as the sap from the trees eats through it and if you have the aluminum trim around your side windows you will noticed they are tarnished and cannot be polished out and the trim needs to be replaced due to their lawn watering systems. Had horrible experience from them, sales mgr, credit mgr, etc. Gotta say though the service mgr is great and really cares. My car came with a small dent that there body shop attempted fix but came out horrible, their detail dept whom they outsource on property must use dirty rags with all the fine sctatches in the paint. Thanks to the help of GM and the regional rep whom were both fantastic my problem with this dealership was solved. Cadillac makes a great car and has great dealerships for sales and service but go to a dealership that is as great as your car and not to Ed Morse Cadillac. More

Ed Morse Cadillac, It Doesn't Get Any Better Than That ED MORSE CADILLAC IS THE BEST!!! Third trip in, first time we just drove in off the street, looking for ED MORSE CADILLAC IS THE BEST!!! Third trip in, first time we just drove in off the street, looking for a used car, didn't think it would be found there. Pete, the sales consultant listened to us, pointed out several vehicles that fit our situation, so we got one. Finance time and Troy went out of his way to make things happen. I was amazed at the treatment we received, we did not buy a high dollar vehicle, or even look at one, we were treated as if we had just bought the most expensive vehicle in the place, amazing. They far exceeded my expectations for sales and yes, we have to include service as we had a number of services performed. My response to the wife, "When we buy another car we're coming here". Round two, we were in a position to upgrade, so, off to Ed Morse we go. Shevon showed us a wide variety of SRX's, which the wife wanted, she made her choice and once again it was off to see Troy, again he worked his magic, we drove home in an SRX. Once again these people exceeded my expectations for sales and service. Third time is a charm. sold the SRX, wife wanted a new ATS, so, where ya gonna go, Ed Morse. We pulled in met Robert on the lot. He asked if we were there to see anyone, told him no and proceeded to explain our situation. We went to his office there he pulled up the current inventory and found a car my wife had described, we rode the golf cart to the storage lot where he juggled cars and got the one we wanted out and went for a test drive. After some discussion it was once again time to see Troy, needless to say, once again we drove home in a new car. Who goes back to the same car dealership 3 separate times and buys a car each time. The folks at ED Morse have got it. They understand customer service, they understand what it means to meet or exceed customer expectations, this is the attitude I have found throughout the dealership, including sales & service. The entire operation wants satisfied customers. When it comes time for the 4th car we will return, hunt down Robert and buy a car. This dealership sells it self, once you have made your first purchase there you will see why. thats what kept bringing us back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK More
