We still had a couple of months left on our lease and I was really dreading when the time was up because I LOVED my CTS. My husband wanted me to try the SRX since there was more room. Well we left with a beautiful SRX. Anthony Hyde showed us all the new features and explained how everything worked and it was such a great deal we couldn't pass it up. Everyone there was very friendly and willing to help in anyway. Scott got his all weather floor mats so he was very happy!!!! Thanks Anthony and Scott Foster for all your help! More

I went in for an oil change and came home with a new car. This is my fifth Cadillac from Ed Morse/Tampa. My last experience was lacking and I doubted I would ever go back for another car. I brought my CTS in for an oil change and Robert was so helpful and courteous that I bought a new car. Robert telephoned my home as I arrived to make sure I got home and that everything on the car was fine. I HATE CAR SHOPPING!!! ...for the same reason that I told another dealership surveyor- the sales personnel- always act as if the prospective buyer is the husband/man. And thankfully Mr. Denton treated me as such- like a qualified buyer- who needed guidance- but not pushing. Which is exactly why I bought the car I did from the gentleman I did & spent more than I intended! And I absolutely will pass that word on to other prospective buyers & if in any future I have a need for a car- Mr. Denton can count on me to be looking him up. THANK YOU ED MORSE- for having the good business sense to employ someone of Mr. Denton's caliber, professionalism & personable sales abilities. And PS- I never thought I would deal with a Cadillac dealership. I guess it is bigotry (in reverse) on my part. Painless , stress-free , I 100% recommend Robert Denton I had recently purchased a Ford Explorer at Ed Morse. Might I say how pleasurable my experience was . I did have a car to trade in that I had very rec I had recently purchased a Ford Explorer at Ed Morse. Might I say how pleasurable my experience was . I did have a car to trade in that I had very recently purchased from a dealership in the area and It was a nightmare over there to say the least I wanted to cry when I got out of there they made me almost not even want the car (well my sales person I am referencing , my finance lady was the only level headed person there). I am writing to highly praise Robert Denton one of the sales specialist at this dealership. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and more! From the moment he stepped outside to help myself and the person I was with he was kind, respectful, knowledgable, courteous,and just a regular guy. He would make connections on a personal level which is great. Easing the situation of the automatic pressure we felt stepping into a dealership, to the point I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership I felt as if I was at a friends house checking out a new car they had. The price was competitive and I felt like I got a good deal! Once we agreed on everything there was a lot of down time ( waiting on paperwork to come in) during the down time he kept conversation going ,again making the situation free of stress or awkwardness . All around he and the dealership gets 5 stars from me ! Even briefly dealing with Ms.Jordan(lady in the internet department whom I made my appointment with) and the gentleman in the business office that completed my paperwork . But most importantly Robert , what an excellent sales specialist . I wish there were more people like him in dealerships . Believe me I work at an RV dealership myself so I understand the issues and problems people face and how important it is that managers receive feedback good or bad and also customers being able to know what to expect or who to ask for or what have you . Superb job Robert ! It's also been a couple weeks since I had purchased and he still checks in every now and again to see how I'm liking my new car!
