The customer service was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. Immediately when I pulled in, Ryan Husmann was waiting for me (I made appt. to visit dealership) and made my vehicle purcha have had at a dealership. Immediately when I pulled in, Ryan Husmann was waiting for me (I made appt. to visit dealership) and made my vehicle purchasing experience a pleasurable one. I did not have to wait for an inordinate amount of time to receive purchase information and he was patient and attentive during the entire process. I then met with Troy Drummond to finalize the agreement for the vehicle and I was impressed that the wonderful customer service continued. The 4 yr maintenance and free car wash offers were a great incentive as well, but not as much as the customer service. It doesn't hurt either that the vehicle sells itself. I felt this experience to be a fun and pleasurable one, as well as most likely keeping me a Cadillac owner for lifetime and recommending Cadillac to everyone. More
Started looking for a new CTS-V Coupe about 2 weeks prior to buying from Ed Morse Tampa. Contacted several dealerships in the area to inquire about stock, price, and trade-in value. Ramon at Ed Morse was the to buying from Ed Morse Tampa. Contacted several dealerships in the area to inquire about stock, price, and trade-in value. Ramon at Ed Morse was the only person (out of 5) who offered me pricing on both the CTS and my trade (sight unseen even) via e-mail. The other dealerships seemed intent on getting me in the door, and while I know this is car sales 101, I don't work this way so I was very pleased at the response I got from Ramon and Ed Morse. In fact, I had the entire deal worked out before I ever went to the showroom, which saved me a TON of time and driving around. At the dealership, I worked with Anthony Guarino, who was very attentive to what was important to me, not just what standard operating procedure dictated. He basically had a "What do you want to do and how can I help?" approach, and was very efficient. I completed the entire transaction and was off the lot in my new V in about 3 hours, which is record setting. I'm a bit of a car enthusiast and have purchased a new car every 3 years for the past 15, and this was probably my fastest in-and-out time of them all. Ed Morse was quick to get me the wheels I wanted on the car, and even repaired a small fender blemish that I didn't discover until after the sale - THIS is customer service. Troy in the finance office explained all of the add-ons available in a very matter of fact, no pressure manner, and had my financing done in minutes. Overall a very good experience at Ed Morse. More

We came back to Ed Morse because of Blanton who sold us a Cadillac several years ago. Blanton was not "just a salesman," but became a friend. Ryan was patient and kind and also had non-pressuring friendliness and professionalism as we test drove several vehicles. We have already told several people that if they want to buy any car...go to Ed Morse Cadillac and see Ryan Hussman. Ed Morse has a car for everyone...whether it's a like new or brand new. As we told Blanton in the past....it's the only car dealership that makes it a nice experience instead of one that is dreaded. By far the easiest car buying experience that I ever had... I sent emails requesting pricing information to about 6 dealerships on specific cars. This is the only dealership that replied with an actual out the door number. In an email or two, we negotiated a great price and I drove to the dealership that evening to look at the car. The inspection, test drive, financing, everything took a little less than 2 hours... and the out the door price that we had agreed to via email is exactly what I paid. More

Mr. DeLoach is a highly efficient salesman. He was conscious of our needs and able to answer all our questions satisfactorily.
