Karen was was totally knowledgeable about the many features of the SRX, as well as being patient in explaining all of the sophisticated technology in the vehicle. Once the sale was completed, Karen then took the time to set up our OnStar accounts and pair our smartphones to the vehicle. These extra steps continued to cement our perception of truly superior level of service from Karen, and from the Ed Morse organization.
