Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa

Interested in a Lyriq. 1st visit when they got 1 in I told them I wanted to see how I fit and the size of the car. Get there and told I can't sit in it, can only look. But-they will contact me when they get another in. Advised via text they have one in to test drive, etc. I tell them I am coming in sometime that morning. Get there and am advised I need to make an appt. OK, this is going real well. I make an appt, get there and have a salesperson take me to the vehicle, fill out the test drive paperwork, etc., and take the vehicle out. On my return, get a call from the manager asking if I'm coming in or do I need to reschedule. OK, even though I gave the person the name of the manager- whom he acknowledged-no one told him I was there. The only person who seemed to have an idea of my issues with this was the woman in what I believe was the loaner vehicle dept, unfortunately did not get her name as I had ?'s about the vehicle that she did her best to answer. If this is their normal, I am wondering about the reviews I see online, if they are really true. Makes me nervous should I want to go this route and in the future need some kind of service. Seems the person who took me to the vehicle was a salesperson but had no interest in showing me the vehicle, just if I wanted to order one, so really no help there at all. More
