He continues to be knowledgeable, friendly, available and without a doubt the best sales consultant I have ever come across. I appreciate his candor and his low pressure approach. Not once did I feel as though I was buying a used car, it was like I was buying a car from a family member (really, that little salesmanship!). Robert is amazing, my wife and I have no concerns about contacting him even after a purchase and will without hesitation refer any person I know to him. We had a wonderful repeat experience with Troy Drummond in the Business Office as we worked through the financing of the car. We both loved Troy's humor and personality and felt very comfortable as we made a major purchase. What can I say about the car? It's simply amazing. Ed Morse puts together packages that are bar none the best in the area. Their cars are of high quality and their prices are well below blue book value! My wife and I now each own a Cadillac CTS and would recommend Ed Morse to any one of our friends or family. I have never encountered a car buying process like that at Ed Morse but I am certainly glad we have given them business twice and would be thrilled to give them business again in the future. My car has not needed service, but the one time we have needed service on my wife's CTS, Ed Morse and Robert were quick to respond, able to fix the problem rapidly and get us back into the car in no time. I do not have enough superlatives to express my satisfaction and gratitude to this dealership. If all other car dealers were even remotely as helpful, friendly, low pressure and responsive as Ed Morse, there would be no stigma associated with buying a car! More
I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS350 from Ed Morse Cadillac on 02/01/2013 and my sales rep was Joshua Litton. My finance manager was Troy Drummond. Although Joshua was very professional and did what he supposed t 02/01/2013 and my sales rep was Joshua Litton. My finance manager was Troy Drummond. Although Joshua was very professional and did what he supposed to, Troy didn't. On the day of signing finance paper works, he told me that he got me the BEST rate possible which was 3.29% where all along Joshua told me it was 2.99%. The difference of 0.30% wont kill me but I should have been aware if it from day one. Troy also made feel kind of low by telling my that I was behind on my mortgage by 6 month where I refinanced my house and I should be very happy that I even got 3.29%. Had I known this rate from day one, I'd have had made other financing arrangements. After I brought the car home on Saturday, the car battery was dead on Sunday. I had to get it jump started. On Tuesday when I drove the car to work, the car wouldn't start again and I had to get a jump start from co-worker. It was kind of embarrassing where your new $43k car is dead in a parking lot. On Friday, same thing happened and I finally was so pissed that I paid and had the car towed to Lexus dealership for repair. Ed Morse Cadillac says that they put my car through 120 point inspections (what Joshua said) but a simple battery check was something that wasn't done. I also made one 1 phone call to my Credit Union and now is going to re-finance the car at 1.74%. Did Troy really took the time to find me the best deal he said he found me? Did the mechanics really do their job correctly? Why did Joshua told me 2.99% but got financed at 3.29%? All these questions made my experience absolutely very bad and I would never step one foot in Ed Morse Cadillac again. I will also tell my experience to whoever asks for it. Mehran Alidaei More
