Robert was great... he was the opposite of most car salesmen (pushy and condescending). I told him when we met, I hate car shopping... that it was the one thing I didn't enjoy purchasing for myself (most of the time). He respected that and was real casual/chill about the whole situation. We came in on a Tuesday and left with a new car for my wife on Wednesday. It was pretty painless and while I wont say I enjoyed it, I will say that it was one of the top two experiences I've had with buying a car and would recommend anyone looking for a Cadillac to give him a try.
