The professional and personal service by the managers (Carlos Martinez and his team) made my stay at Ed Morse pleasant. The atmosphere and decor in the waiting room was positive and calm. There were no 'pushy' service men or women and their attitudes were always reassuring. They provided the best options and safety solutions for my car. I bought my First Cadillac Eldorado in 2002 and It still runs like new at 109K miles due to your excellent service program. I can't wait until the new Eldorado's come out: You have a dedicated customer when they do arrive. More

Through casual conversation Eric mentioned a few things I would likely really want in the next level up from the vehicle I chose online. I never felt like Eric was 'selling' me, he kept it consultative and ultimately got me in a car I am happy he got me to consider. Negotiating price didn't seem like a haggle session, again just casual conversation about what I wanted and what he could do. I love the car and had a great experience with Collin and Eric. More
