We reached a price agreement without pressure and my trade in and cash difference nailed the deal. Fortunately, for us we found Robert Denton and Ed Morse Cadillac! When we came to Ed Morse Cadillac we were stuck between deciding on another Lexus RX 350 or Cadillac XT5. And we have to tip our hat to Robert as he was outstanding from the very beginning! Instead of just trying to sell us on the Cadillac Brand and pushing the XT5 he helped us make an informed decision not only by answering our all of our questions but encouraging us to make a decision that would work best for our family (even if that meant going with the competition). There is nothing more off putting than cross brand bashing when you're trying to decide on your next vehicle and Robert did nothing of the sort. He was friendly and positive from the moment we met him and that ultimately lent itself to his credibility and our decision to choose Cadillac over Lexus for the first time ever. We love our XT5 and the Salesman and Dealership that it came from. Thank you for everything Robert & Ed Morse Cadillac.. We're already looking forward to our next vehicle! :) More
