Wouldn't go anywhere else! My spouse and I were in a horrible car accident May of 2016; we were in his Cadillac CTS. The vehicle was totaled, but we survived. We vowed from that moment on to own only Cadillac vehicles in our home. I felt at ease from the moment that we drove into the parking lot. We were greeted by a wonderful face (I am sorry that I don't recall her name). Karen just so happened to be available take us back to her office and go for a test drive. She was extremely knowledgeable on the SRX (and many other vehicles) that we test drove. Her kind demeanor made me feel at ease, as I was still on edge from the accident a week prior. She didn't make us feel like "just another number". She makes you feel like family. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and it was as smooth as ever! I came about a year later (this year) to see Karen to purchase another vehicle for our family. Same smiling faces and same amazing interactions. I won't go anywhere else or buy any other brand.
