I went to the Chevy dealer, the GMC-Buick dealer; I went to look at a Infinity QX-80; I even went to another Cadillac dealer; and they wrote me up a great deal on a Escalade ESV. Then I came back to Ed Morse; I spoke with the salesperson that sold me all of the Caddys I bought. (Karen Barrese). I told her that I had done my research and she started explaining to me(again) why I bought my cars from Ed Morse. She showed her expertise in your product; she has great customer service skills. She put me at ease about how well Ed Morse would take care of me,and match or beat the other guy's price. I was again at awh in the way she handled me and walked me through the whole car buying experience. I brought my grandson with me: Karen even baby sat him while I was in with the Finance person getting the final paper works done. That is the experience I'm used to now, and that is why I will urge other buyers to look at Ed Morse for their automobile needs. More

Not only are they timely and thorough, each service representative has gone above and beyond to make it a great experience. This last visit I had the pleasure of dealing with Shelley, who not only clearly explained what needed to be done, she didn't "oversell" me and actually helped me save money by reviewing the service coupons I had to apply them where possible. There is a comfortable waiting area with complimentary beverages and pastry items, as well as a popcorn machine. Although I didn't partake, it's nice to have so many choices. Thank you to the service team - you really are top-notch! More
