2017 lease of xt 5 cadillac I had leased a Cadillac with ed morse in 2014 and received excellent service.my experience with the lease of my 2017 xt 5 was not the case. 1) after I had leased a Cadillac with ed morse in 2014 and received excellent service.my experience with the lease of my 2017 xt 5 was not the case. 1) after signing all the paper work on the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle had a problem and needed to replace a part on the vehicle. as I was not happy with this situation I requested compensation for this delay by the sales manager. after numerous phone calls and e/mails I was given compensation of $250.00. 2) the payoff for my previous lease was not taken care of in a expedious manner, I had to contact ed morse with numerous e/mails and telephone calls to get this resolved , I even had to e/mail the the sum to your accounting dept. to enable them to pay these fees.(this was not completed until march 5, 2017) 3)there was a fee listed on my lease agreement of $595.00 for a disposition fee, this fee is waived if you purchase and or lease another gm vehicle. this was caused because this lease was handled by gm financial and my previous lease was handled by allied. ed morse adv that this was not a charge but it is very confusing to me! 4) I must say that the sales person Michael Brandon was very helpful in addressing the problems that I encountered with this lease. More
