Outstanding Service & Patience I met Robert Denton about 29 months ago when I walked in to look at the new CTS. Immediately we hit it off, he is a Cadillac man just like me. At th I met Robert Denton about 29 months ago when I walked in to look at the new CTS. Immediately we hit it off, he is a Cadillac man just like me. At that time he aske me if I knew that Cadillac was coming out with a new model called the CT6, which I did not, so he immediately started to describe it to me and I was hooked. He said he would call me once their was one on the floor. He did and I came out to look at it, and I knew that was my next car. I told Robert I was not ready to make a purchase yet but would love for him to stay intouch. As a previous CTS owner I purchased from Ed Morris, I would come in for service and I would always see Robert, he had a way of knowing when I was in the service department and he would always come over and say hi, never any pressure he genuinely was happy to see me, he would call me occasionally to check in and I I always heard from him on my birthday. So, when it was time to purchase my car there was no way in the world I was going let anyone sell me a car other than Robert "The Man" Denton. He made the whole experience of buying a car one to remember and share with my friends. Thank you Robert! More
