He made sure to check in with me periodically to update me on the status of the service. While you don't get to see the people who actually perform the work, I have not found it necessary to ask them to re-do anything. So cudos to the service techs as well. More

Easy and pleasant I was shopping for a minivan. Ed Morse Cadillac happen to have one they received on a trade-in. It was in great shape and was listed for a good price. I was shopping for a minivan. I drove a 1 hr and 15 min. I worked with Anthony Hyde. He was pleasant and far from pushy. While getting the paper work set up it was getting late. Instead of having my husband and I drive back down on his next day off Anthony followed me home so my husband could sign all the papers. That meant we didn't have to use his day off to drive back. That was definitely the icing on the cake! Thanks to all the gentlemen, Bob, Anthony, Wayne, and Kevin, who made my experience easy and pleasant!! More
