She didn’t push me to buy at all which I truly appreciate. The manager called me later that week and made me an excellent offer. When I made my decision and ready to buy the Cadillac XT5 Karen was unfortunately on Vacation so Robert assisted me to finalize the purchase. He was also very knowledgeable and very helpful he even stay after the hour of operation to complete all the papers so I can leave with the car.
