He is what I would think a dealership would want in a sales man. He is a great asset to Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa. I have purchased other vehicles in the past ,but this sale was by far the "BEST". I can only say it was because of him . Steve Hoover also showed great expertise in what he does. The transaction went as smooth as I could imagine, and even stayed there way after closing time to get this done. There wasn't any "suprise " fees or like I would say shenanigans. This dealership shows what excellence is all about. Kudos to all involved. I highly recommend this place. More
Cocky, Condescending - Horrible Experience I have been shopping for an Escalade from The Ed Morse Brandon location to their Tampa store. From the beginning, I could not shake the arrogance in the air from their management team. Is this due to their high rating here on deslerrater.com? It didn’t come as much from the salesmen as it did from management. The last straw for me was my conversation with Kevin Roberts, a business manager at the Tampa store. The details aren’t important nor do I want to spend any more time on this than is absolutely necessary. Enter at your own risk. The salesman you will encounter will probably be fine - they want to SELL you a vehicle. Watch out for management... Although I could walk in and buy the truck I want cash, I won’t. They can obviously live without my business. More

Her knowledge of the Escalade made me feel very comfortable with such a great decision. Her followup after the purchase has made me feel like she will continue to be there and truly cares. Not your normal dealership experience! I went to the dealership looking for a certain vehicle and a certain price. The was no pressure and dealing with the sales associate, sales manager and finance manager was a pleasure, which is not typical in most dealerships...one or more of the players is not so nice. I did not have to spend much time waiting on the paperwork, as they prepared most of it ahead as i requested. Delivery of the vehicle was prompt and the entire experience was nice, not aggravating. More

There was a very nice selection of vehicles to choose from. He even made sure that the XT5 was the best vehicle for our needs. We felt like we were in a candy store as a child.
