In 2022, we bought a car from Andy Marrero. From the initial call to him we decided to travel to Tampa, four hours from our home to get the car. The buying experience was one of the best. Recently our car developed a mechanical issue that after three attempts by our local GM dealer, the issue had not been resolved. Desperate to have our car repaired I called Andy. He immediately brought the problem to the attention of his service manager David Vega. Mr Vega contacted us and referred me to Ed Morse service advisor Michelle Hester. Michelle set a service date for us and arranged for a loaner. During the service process I was kept updated and informed of the progress by Michelle. Yesterday we picked up our car and so far the issues seem to be resolved. The buying and service experience at this dealership is top notch. Last night I received a text from Andy checking on us and making sure we got home ok after picking up our car. Folks, when was the last time you had someone do that. More

I recently had my car serviced at Ed Morse Tampa to replace a tire censor. After getting home, I noticed that the center piece was missing from my hubcap. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve replace a tire censor. After getting home, I noticed that the center piece was missing from my hubcap. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve about the situation. He asked me to send a picture of the missing piece and also asked for my address to send it to me, as I live in Lakeland. I have not heard from him, and neither have I received the part. Today I called and asked to speak to the service department manager, but did not receive a call back from him. This is the second piece from my vehicle that has gone missing. The commercial says, "Every car that leaves their lot is backed by Morse." I am waiting to see my vehicle backed by Morse. I miss Carlos :( More

the car was $6000 to $7000 more than the advertised price. they could have advertised the price with all the markups; chose not to, There was a markup of $3000 for an appearance package addon and then price. they could have advertised the price with all the markups; chose not to, There was a markup of $3000 for an appearance package addon and then acted like mid led pricing is the norm. they did give me a number over the phone so that was a plus but this place is to the definition a CAR DEALER and are upholding the terrible practices that keep car salesman on the lowest level of trust in the community. Advertised price was $20,995; actual price was $27,298. Not sure how you can advertise a car for a set price then refuse to accept it adding $6000 to actual price. This company will not be suppling any of the cars for my company; that is my opinion. More
