Yesterday, I visited this dealership to trade in my 2022 Cadillac XT5 for a 2021 Cadillac XT6. My vehicle was newer and had fewer miles, yet after the evaluation, Sales Manager Joe Kraegenbrink completely u Cadillac XT5 for a 2021 Cadillac XT6. My vehicle was newer and had fewer miles, yet after the evaluation, Sales Manager Joe Kraegenbrink completely undervalued my car—essentially offering nothing for it. It felt like my car was taken from me without any fair compensation. The experience left me feeling discriminated against and deeply disrespected. I walked away with a very negative impression. While Ed Morse Cadillac may carry a prestigious name, my experience was anything but honorable. The conduct I encountered—from the staff’s dismissive attitude to what felt like predatory practices—was extremely disappointing. To anyone considering this dealership: be cautious.
