I visited Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa to inquire about a 2025 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury, stock #SR258143, VIN 1GYS9CRL8SR258143, which is listed for sale on their website for $108,530. However, when I spoke to Reda in the sales department, I was told point-blank that the vehicle would not be sold for less than $25,000 ABOVE MSRP — a blatant, unjustifiable markup they refer to as a “market adjustment.” That would bring the total to over $133,000 for a vehicle that Cadillac clearly priced in the $100K range. This isn't a limited-edition or V-Series model — it's a regular Premium Luxury trim, and yet they’re trying to squeeze an outrageous amount out of every customer. When I pushed back, I got no explanation — just arrogance and the sense that this dealership has no problem trying to take advantage of people. From how it was handled, this feels systemic, not just one salesperson. Reda came across as more of a closer for shady deals than a professional, and I left feeling like the whole place is built to trap the uninformed. If you’re shopping for a Cadillac, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Plenty of others are still selling at MSRP or near it — you don’t have to play games with people like this. More

The Optiq is luxurious and yet still feels sporty. The handling is amazing and the car just feels so much more substantial than the Y. Super quiet and smooth drive and it comes with all the features you could want. So excited about this car and I would 100% recommend going with Anthony at Ed Morse to friends and family. More

Everyone we interacted with showed they cared and wanted to work with us. From the receptionists, other sales advisors, management, financing, and even the car detailer were great to work with. I wasn't expecting to be so excited about buying a Cadillac, but seeing that the brand can finally compete with and even beat other luxury brands was a great surprise.
