We purchased our first Cadillac four years ago, from Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon. Since then, we have serviced our Cadillac and our Buick as well at this same dealership. Their service facility and staff are so good, that we would not seriously entertain the thought of going elsewhere. After servicing mostly GM cars for the past 40 some years at various locations, it would clearly be hard to find anyone better, anywhere. We prefer to speak directly with Bruno, our service advisor, to make our appointments, but find that walk-ins are handled efficiently as well. On arrival, I am pleased to notice a very well maintained property, an immaculate check in area, and prompt, friendly, individual attention from Bruno. He knows me by name. Service bays are unusually spotless, and the service techs are clean, polite, and very knowledgeable. In fact, the techs do not hesitate to note any additional needs that they feel will keep our cars in peak operating condition. At first, I was skeptical about these recommended services but consistently found them to be precisely on target. The waiting time passes quickly in the service waiting area, which is clean, spacious, pleasant, and very comfortable. It is a very nice touch to have complementary drinks and internet availability. Of course, the complementary car wash keeps our cars looking brand new. We have complete trust and confidence in the service team at Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon. I guess you could say they are the Ritz-Carlton of the automotive industry. More
I purchased my Cadillac from Ed Morse 2 1/2 years ago and it has undoubtedly been the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone involved with the purchase of the car was wonderful...but what has truly amazed me is the experience with their service department. My representative's name is Bruno Onetti. From the start, Bruno has been extremely friendly, organized, caring, responsible and dependable. When I call in for service, he treats me with such professionalism. Everything that he says he will do is always done perfectly. He understands how demanding my job is and how little time I have...so when I get to the dealership, he works hard so that I will spend as little time there and can continue to work. If I'm getting a rental car while my car is being serviced, it is always ready for me. If the Ed Morse Courtesy Van will be driving me somewhere, it is always ready to go. The service technicians are wonderful as well, especially Pat Cain. He is such a professional at what he does. Sometimes both Bruno and Pat have gotten in the car with me to test drive the car so that they can understand the little noises that I'm hearing or to feel what I am feeling. They never make me feel as if I'm wasting their time. Every time that the car is returned to me, Bruno makes sure that this is again, a very quick experience so that I can be in and out. He always accompanies me to the checkout desk and the car is not only mechanically repaired perfectly, but immaculately cleaned. I could go on and on about Bruno and about this dealership. They are simply a "class act". Every single person at the dealership will greet you or ask if you need anything. Cadillacs are great vehicles, but the customer service at Ed Morse will make me a loyal customer for years to come. Simply the very best! More
