I purchased a used Cadillac from them and had an issue with the A/C a couple of months later. I did not purchase a Warranty and this was a very expensive repair. The service I received from Eric Engelberger I needed service on our 2011 Cadillac SRX and my light went on for change oil soon, New Year day on my way back visiting my family. The next morning I called Ed Morse Cadillac to make an appointment with Eric. Because of the situation, Eric book me the next day on a Friday. I got there at 7:37 AM and took care of my urgent problem right away and advise me of other service we should look into it before it becomes a problem. the mileage was 84,145 miles. I asked him if he could referred me to a body shop for a little problem at the front grille of the Caddy. He took care of it himself for us and it's not showing at all. This is the reason we recommend Eric to all my friends in my area. We are Snow Birds and Eric is the one fixing our Caddy every year. I will give him a 10 on 10. Thank you Eric More
