We purchased our first Cadillac four years ago, from Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon. Since then, we have serviced our Cadillac and our Buick as well at this same dealership. After servicing mostly GM cars for the past 40 some years at various locations, it would clearly be hard to find anyone better, anywhere. We prefer to speak directly with Bruno, our service advisor, to make our appointments, but find that walk-ins are handled efficiently as well. On arrival, I am pleased to notice a very well maintained property, an immaculate check in area, and prompt, friendly, individual attention from Bruno. He knows me by name. Service bays are unusually spotless, and the service techs are clean, polite, and very knowledgeable. In fact, the techs do not hesitate to note any additional needs that they feel will keep our cars in peak operating condition. At first, I was skeptical about these recommended services but consistently found them to be precisely on target. The waiting time passes quickly in the service waiting area, which is clean, spacious, pleasant, and very comfortable. It is a very nice touch to have complementary drinks and internet availability. Of course, the complementary car wash keeps our cars looking brand new. We have complete trust and confidence in the service team at Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon. I guess you could say they are the Ritz-Carlton of the automotive industry. More

I had circumstances that could have made buying a car a difficult proposition but he and the financing manager he worked with did a fantastic job in scouring the financing opportunities. It wasn't until a few weeks later that I understood how fortunate I was to have these two people helping me. My husband who joined in the process later loved the financing manager and said he finally understood why I love working with the Ed Morse team. He says he will definitely consider buying a car from Jay when his car dies. The fact that I was able to test cars and see what 'fits' is fantastic.
