I have purchased many new cars in the past thirty years and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales staff each time I wanted a new car I equated to someting like a dental appointment. But I must say that my experience with Ed Morse Cadillac was extremely professional from beginning to end. I first asked for information on a 2011 CTS on their internet website. Within a short amount of time , I was contacted in order to make an appointment. I went to the Brandon dealership the next day and was then introduced to Travis DeVall. From the beginning, I never felt pressured to buy and was shown a couple of models I was interested in. One of the most difficult parts in these transactions for me has always been the price vs. trade-in values, and after little negotiation with Grant, Travis really put together a package I could live with. I ended up going home with a CTS with all the options I was looking for that day. To date, Travis has set up all the operational features for me, and has been therre if I had any questions. I must admit that this purchase was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences that I have had. More

We've always admired the Cadillac's but did not think we could afford them. My husband went in to trade his Nissan 350Z. I had just bought my third Nissan Murano less than 2 years ago. Ever since Cadillac first showed the CTS Coupe at a car show several years ago I wanted that car. I thought it was the most beautiful car I had ever seen. I kept checking the paper and looking for some show several years ago I wanted that car. I thought it was the most beautiful car I had ever seen. I kept checking the paper and looking for some kind of sale on the Coupe but never found one. One day I went out to Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa to take a closer look at the car. It was beautiful! I spoke to a salesman and he told me that they did not discount the Coupes at all since they are in great demand and can sell them for full price. At that point I would not even take the car for a test drive, because I know I would love it. I have a real problem purchasing something for full price even if I really want it. One Thursday afternoon in May I received a flyer in the mail saying that Ed Morse in Brandon was having a sale on CTS sedans and coupes. I called to be sure the Coupes were really included and Christine Collins answered the phone. She was very polite and said definitely and that they had one that she could show me. I told her I would be right down. I live in Brandon, so this only took me five minutes to get there. Christine had the car sitting outside waiting for me. The car was silver - very pretty and we took it for a test drive. I liked the car, but it just didn't excite me as I thought it would. We went into the dealership to talk about it and I saw this RED CTS Coupe sitting on the showroom floor. It was gorgeous!! It was loaded with every imagineable upgrade possible. It was way over my price range, but Christine made a copy of the window sticker from the Red one and the Silver one to take home and compare. The following day I called Christine and asked her to try to work out a deal for the Red one. The Red Coupe made my heart beat out of my chest -- I had to have that car. We went back and forth a few times during the day regarding the price, they gave a litle and I gave a little, but now I am the proud owner of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CAR IN THE WORLD! Everyone I came in contact with at Ed Morse Brandon were very pleasant, helpful and made my car buying experience both exciting and wonderful. More

We were close to purchasing a vehicle from another area dealer, but at the last minute decided to see what Ed Morse had to offer. When we met Travis, he made us feel like we were long lost friends. We spent several hours together checking numerous cars on the lot, and his product knowledge, friendliness and professionalism was exceptional. This made our decision to purchase a 2011 SRX from Travis a very easy one. The treatment and assistance that we have received from "Mike Murphy" in the Service Department over the past few years, only emphasize's the level of commitment to customer service at Ed Morse of Brandon, and played a big part in our decision. The car buying process is long and a real pain for me, but I must admit that Travis and Grant Burkel made the overall experience very pleasant. We were welcomed in with open arms and were treated like family and so the decision to purchase a 2011 SRX from Travis, was extremely easy. I am writing this review a month after our purchase and also wanted to emphasize that the level of customer service and commitment we continue to receive from Travis, Mike (Service Department) and Ed Morse Cadillac, continues to blow us away. What a great group of professionals and I'm happy to call them family. Lastly, would I recommend this dealership and Travis Devall? Heck Yeah! "Yes" just doesn't fully emphasize the excitement and gratitude that we have. More
