We have been loyal to Saturn for years and with its passing we were concerned about the customer service of Cadillac having never dealt with that part of the store before. It turns out we had nothing to fear as we were treated with the utmost courtesy and service you could imagine. It's great dealing with Cadillac even when not buying a new Cadillac but an off brand previously owned vehicle whether for ourselves or a family member and still being treated like a million dollars. Travis Devall is who we have been working with and are loyal to him for recurring visits and referals just as we were with a salesman on the Saturn side who left long ago. He has been able to help us purchase a vehicle for our two daughters no matter the situation. He hasn't let us down yet. I have purchased many new cars in the past thirty years and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales staff each time I wanted a new car I equated to someting like a dental appointment. But I must say that my experience with Ed Morse Cadillac was extremely professional from beginning to end. I first asked for information on a 2011 CTS on their internet website. Within a short amount of time , I was contacted in order to make an appointment. I went to the Brandon dealership the next day and was then introduced to Travis DeVall. From the beginning, I never felt pressured to buy and was shown a couple of models I was interested in. One of the most difficult parts in these transactions for me has always been the price vs. trade-in values, and after little negotiation with Grant, Travis really put together a package I could live with. I ended up going home with a CTS with all the options I was looking for that day. To date, Travis has set up all the operational features for me, and has been therre if I had any questions. I must admit that this purchase was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences that I have had. More
