I wanted a bigger car but was hesitant about the whole car sales experience and didn't want to be forced into anything and the entire process at Ed Morse with Jay Fernandez was great. Jay is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a spectacular car that you go to Ed Morse in Brandon and ask for Jay - you will not be disappointed - he is the BEST! My wife and I went to Ed Morse Cadillac to look at pre-owned vehicles. We test drove a 2010 Cadillac SRX and, throughout the entire time we were there, Jay Fernandez was very professional and courteo pre-owned vehicles. He also was very knowledgable about the car and its features and explained everything to our satisfaction,telling us that,if in the future we were unclear about a particular feature, to come back by and he would go over it with us again. Also, Lloyd Leonardo, the Business Manager who prepared the paperwork, was very helpful and informative in assisting us to get the best deal possible. Our experience was very positive with these gentlemen and it was a pleasure to come into a dealership where there was no pressure and where the customer was treated with respect and courtesy. More
I HAD MY RIMS AND TIRES STOLEN FROM MY CAR IN MIAMI. HADNO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND CALLED MIKE MURPHY IN BRANDON. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WASN'T ABLE TO HELP BUT GAVE US GOOD ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO. ONCE WE GOT THE CAR BACK, A NOISE WAS HEARD ON THE DRIVE BACK. WE CALLED MIKE AND HE GOT US IN THAT DAY TO CHECK OVER THE CAR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. THIS IS WHY WE BOUGHT THE CAR FROM ED MORSE BRANDON. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. FROM THE FIRST DAY WE BOUGHT THE CAR AND THEY CONTINUE TO SERVICE THIS VEHICLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK FIRST AT ED MORSE BRANDON FOR A VEHICLE. BEGIN WITH AL CARTER, WHETHER IT IS NEW OR USED AND THEN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESERVIE DEPARTMENT. My full intension was to purchase a new SRX for my wife My full intension was to purchase a new SRX for my wife for Christmas, I was working with there internet department for the Xenon blue color that I My full intension was to purchase a new SRX for my wife for Christmas, I was working with there internet department for the Xenon blue color that I wanted for her...lol.(or was it for me?). Having a trade-in that was upside down in value I was sure I was only going to purchase a base SRX to absorb the differance between the two and keep me in budget. I made the desicision to go ahead and bring her in with me to get the (Blue) SRX, but I guess I was not suprised it was sold just before I got there... but my advisor Jay was a pleasure to deal with and never made us feel pressured to purchase. within an hour we where assured that a luxury 2012 SRX was possible due to there willingness to come to terms very quickly and allowed us to be in the price range I wanted too be in. She got the 2012 luxury Platinum Ice Tricoat with Cashmere interior 'that was made for her!!!' she said. (all the way home). we picked it up the next evening since it was so late past closing that Jay made sure that the truck was in the showroom with bows on top, that was the best part for her. Ed Morse earned my business the first time when I purchased a (the trade) Hummer H3 from them the prior year, again there service to us was unwavering and made us feel so comfortable and indebeted to them that I knew I would give them the first opportunity to earn it again and they DID NOT LET US DOWN! I look forward to my next Cadillac purchase from them, maybe sooner then later... I love her SRX and told her I need my own. lol. I purchased a used luxury vehicle from Travis DeVall at Ed Morse Cadillac. When I phoned in Travis offered to stay late to accomodate my visit. On arrival he was waiting for me. Travis sensed my direct approach immediately as well as understood my requirement for time management. I was able to test drive the car, and finish the evenings transaction in 2 hours. It would have been less, but I had a friend with me who decided they would test drive a Cadillac during the visit. Everything went smoothly. Marc Lewkowiez was on hand to help push things along. I have been a sales professional for over 20 years. Travis knows how to quickly qualify the individual, identify the need, introduce the product, and look for additional opportunity with no abrasiveness. This is the second Cadillac CTS we have purchased from Ed Morse in Brandon. This visit was kind of bittersweet as I had just had an accident with my 2007 CTS and it was totaled, however Travis was excellent Morse in Brandon. This visit was kind of bittersweet as I had just had an accident with my 2007 CTS and it was totaled, however Travis was excellent in his approach and throughout the entire sale was easy to deal with. Definately not your common "car salesman". His no pressure attitude toward the sale was what we always look for when purchasing a new car. Toward the end of the deal he walked me through all of the cars programming and made it an easy transition. I always said that if and when I bought another car, it would be a Cadillac and it would be from Ed Morse in Brandon. More
