Arrived at the dealer in Brandon and the person who made my appointment over the phone mistakenly gave me an appointment in the Tampa dealer. I have always taken my car to the dealer in Brandon which I live close by. My usual service rep Michael Pullaro saw me and came by to say hi and asked who was I there to see. When I told Michael he looked up my appointment and saw that they scheduling department made a mistake and had me going to Tampa instead of Brandon. He immediately said no problem and took care of me. That's what I call Excellent Service. Thank you Michael! More

Excellent experience I’m a very particular, no nonsense buyer. I knew exactly what I wanted and was not pressured into anything more or less. Negative Experience. Wasted my time. Not sure if my previous post was deleted. Would be shameful if it did. I was in communication with the internet sales manager Richard to negotiate the price of a used 2017 Chevorlet Silverado LTZ. We had agreed on the price, I came in the next day for the test drive, and ready to finalize the sale. The salesman and I signed all the paperwork, and was ready to go into finance department to take care of the final details. Long and behold, the sales manager Craig came out, and told us he cannot sell the car on the previously agreed price. He said he made a mistake, and the final price would be 5k more than what we agreed on the day before. He was very stern on this, and said the best he can do was to take 1k off. I told him I could have bought a 2018 Silverado LTZ new for that price with all the discount and rebate, instead of having any empathy to the situation, he said I should have bought it there if it was a good deal. Needless to say, I was beyond frustrated and upset about his attitude, wasted my time to be there, almost felt scammed to come in for false advertisement. There's no excuse if we worked out a deal the day before with the internet sales manager and have the deal pulled last minute, and asked me to pay 5k more. Totally unacceptable. More
