2016 Escalade purchase. Warning do your research on Ed Morse Do not purchase a new vehicle from this dealership until you do your research. Purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Ed Morse. Fi Do not purchase a new vehicle from this dealership until you do your research. Purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Ed Morse. First day I received Escalade the transmission was grinding and jumping out of first. I set an appointment at my local Cadillac dealership and they said it needs a brand new transmission. Ed Morse never did an inspection on vehicle and the manager told me that Cadillac is doing me a favor by replacing a 15k transmission. I'm working with corporate GMC to get this resolved. I have purchased 5 Escalades in the past and this was my first with this dealership. I would never purchase a vehicle from Ed Morse. Another WARNING with Ed Morse is they will run your credit for no reason. I purchased the new vehicle by cash. No reason to run my credit when you don't have to take out a loan. Ed Morse ran my credit (which effects your credit score) without my permission and had no reason to do so. I called and requested and explanation from the manager on why they ran my credit. No one returned my call and sales person did not no why they did either. More

BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! I would like to say that the service department here sucks! About two months ago my father had his car serviced here and had a Mobil one oil chang I would like to say that the service department here sucks! About two months ago my father had his car serviced here and had a Mobil one oil change. The idiot technician only put 6-quarts of oil in the car instead of the required 8-quarts! The next morning my father checked the oil has a precautionary measure and noticed that there was NO reading on the oil level. We called Bayview Cadillac and they sent over roadside service and added two quarts of oil that the service technician forgot to add!! Now what happens to the customer does not check their oil and ends up having engine issues?! It will fall back in the customer and not Bayview Cadillac!! What happened to the days when the service technician double checked the oil when he was done to make sure it was full?! It's pretty sad that a GM service technician can't even do an oil change correctly!! Why get GM service if they can possibly screw up your car!! The worst part is that when my dads car was ready some of the service advisors and technicians wanted to hear my dads engine rev up!! So my dad started his car up that was improperly filled up with oil and revved it up so they could hear it roar! Now we worry if that could have possibly damaged his engine. We are seeking legal advice now for a possible lawsuit. And after I complained to the general sales manager Luis Figueroa states that I am NOT welcome back at his dealership!! Really?! With all the cars That I have purchased and will purchase in the future I will be glad to go somewhere else!! More
I was considering a Cadillac ATS but was not convinced I would buy. Chris worked with me on a Saturday afternoon, even staying slightly after hours to assist me. I returned the next day and became so comfortable with the whole experience that I ended up buying a turbo ATS in a very nice color. I took delivery on Monday. The business part of the transaction went smoothly. This dealer does not use high pressure sales tactics or anything like that. Fred was very generous with his time and knowledge. These folks really worked hard to make a good deal for me and make me comfortable. They were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product; throughout the transaction, they conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. They were really head and shoulders above what one experiences at other dealers. More
Faulty sunroof drains flooded my car twice; first in July, 2009 and now in July, 2013. The first repair was covered under basic factory warranty; after GM initially denied the second repair under their July, 2009 and now in July, 2013. I was in a lookout for a new car lease and I loved the reviews and features on the new ATS. I also considered the new BMW 3 series which I checked out in Braman in Miami. The experience (customer service) there was disappointing and I never would go back. When I went to Ed Morde Bayview Cadillac, the experience was completely opposit. Fred Rosenberg and Dan Canter was absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcome and worked with me on all details in order to close the deal and to provide me the right car. I did not buy immediately, so the next day I received two phone calls from them just thanking me for the visit and offered me to take the car home for a day if I wish. I loved the idea and I accepted it. Unfortunately I could not return it the following day since I simply run out of time and surprisingly Dan simply just recommended to return it the next day with no hard feelings. The next day I showed up and purchased the ATS because of the car itself and the outstanding customer service from Fred and Dan. The paperwork only took a bit more than an hour! The Finance Manager Joseph Ferregur was polite, personable and very quick during the preparation of the final paperwork. I'm extremely happy with your establishment and love the people's there.
