I felt very at ease and comfortable as if I was doing a negotiation with friends. The excellent work by Curt and the manager Jose made the amazing deal I was asking for go through. Once we agreed on the deal Curt took the time to show me all the advantages I had with the dealer such as their service department and how the things in my new car function. By this time The finance department was ready to finalize my deal. Joseph Ferregur was my financial officer he was very quick professional and pleasant. Even though he was very quick he was precise and carefully pointed out all the details of the contract that I was signing. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly. At no point I had to deal with the back and forth of dealing with the negotiation. Everything was straight forward with nothing hidden. I love their honesty and professionalism. Steve was helpful and patient, making himself available whenever we wanted to stop by and inviting us to take 2 test drives while we were making up our mind. This process took a couple of weeks and Steve kept in touch but didn't overwhelm us with calls. He also explained many of the features once we had decided to lease that vehicle.
