Service Manager Lenny Patram took extra care to ensure I had what I needed while waiting for the completion of my vehicle's oil change. Not only was he very patient (I forgot to present a coupon prior to t had what I needed while waiting for the completion of my vehicle's oil change. Not only was he very patient (I forgot to present a coupon prior to the start of service and he had to revise and reprint my invoice), he also provided additional information regarding my vehicle that will prove most useful while deciding next steps at lease end. The technician that actually serviced my vehicle also returned it in pristine condition. More
