Could not have been dealing with a nicer group of people. The X is a great vehicle and the price was 2000.00 less than local dealer. Highly recommend Fred in sales and Sean on internet sales. Very happy with entire process and I have never said that in 20 years of buying vehicles! More

I was told it would take a week to replace a broken plastic body part on the car. This was to be done under warranty, but since this dealership does not have a body shop they had to send the car out. It took 4 weeks to replace the part. The only way I was able to get an update was to Drive to the dealership. 80% of my Phone calls were not returned, since the car was at a different dealership - the 2 dealerships did not communicate I went days with no update. I got the car back with 90 more miles on it and less fuel. They didnt trailer it to the other 2 different dealership used to get the car fixed. During this process they chipped the windshield, I noticed this 1/2 a mile away from the dealer and went back. I was informed that my options were to leave the car longer for them to call out a glass guy. Or I could claim it on my insurance and the person they work with would come to me.. I was Not given the option to we have the dealer pay to have a repair person come to me and fix it. I then get the car home and open the rear hatch, the 3rd dealership in Clearwater - Evidently the Only dealer in the Tampa St Pete area that can remove and install glass; had left loose/broken fasteners in the rear hatch . So now there is a rattle in the hatch. I was not offered a rental or replacement during this ordeal, and have no confidence this or any of the local Fiat dealers can repair the two new issues that have occurred while the car was under their care. More
What a wonderful experience! Retirement was set for Friday after working for 24 years and on Tuesday before, I was in a 4 car accident totaling my vehicle. My daughter flew in on Thurs. from Colorado for Retirement Party on Friday and we spent all our time searching for the right replacement vehicle. We thought we found a car on the following Monday at dealership in close proximity to Brandon Honda, but had not yet gone to Brandon Honda. On our way to purchase vehicle at the other dealership, my daughter suggested we stop by Brandon Honda to see if they had any Used Honda Pilots on the lot before we go to the other location. I am soooo glad she made that suggestion! More

Experience was top notch. Arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by Fred out at the car. He got the keys and we went on a great 5 mile drive that really showed how the car handled in many different driving situations. Once back at the dealership I looked around the whole car and was impressed with the condition and care that Brandon Auto Mall had put into making this car look showroom new. After going over the numbers and working on the value of my trade, we got to a mutual agreement point where the deal was done. Initially planned to pay for the car cash, however after speaking with Lloyd and going over some numbers, it was obvious that financing at these low rates was the way to go. Those who know me, know I am VERY picky about the cars I drive and buy, and my car searches do not take days, week, or even months. Very few dealers and cars meet the quality criteria I look for, but Brandon Auto Mall Fiat is top notch all the way around! Thank you for everything, I will say hi next time I am in for a free car wash! More
