There was absolutely no hassle, I 100% was respected as a female and not taken advantage of like many service departments. Charge for parts but did not install part I was completely convinced that I had bought a lemon from them, only to find out that they were falsifying descriptions to charge for unnecessary serv I was completely convinced that I had bought a lemon from them, only to find out that they were falsifying descriptions to charge for unnecessary services and parts and in my case never even installing the part. All the while suggesting that I give in and buy a new car. I finally had to pay another facility to do the repair and that facility found that the FACTORY ORIGINAL PART WAS STILL ON THE CAR. If they are doing this to me they are doing it to a great number of others. More
