I didn't need any work due to the check engine light, after computer analysis but after review of scheduled maintenance items, I ordered some routine maintenance which got done promptly even though it was not included in my scheduled appointment. Couldn't get the car that most caught my eye Went to this dealership knowing what I wanted and was lucky to find a great salesman in Joe Pfotenhauer. Couldn't get the car that most caught my eye because it was an automatic and I wanted a manual. He found me a great alternative and we ended up by purchasing it. I wasn't able to bring it home that day (Sunday) because a few of them had recalls and they weren't sure if that was one of them. Instead of making us come back the next day (a 90 minute drive) Joe delivered the car to my house and we did all the paper work on the dining room table. Now that's going above and beyond More
