Lies on all fronts I had a terrible experience buying a damaged vehicle from this dealership. I was lied to, screamed at, and disrespected by Craig, Nick, and Anthony. They saw a disabled veteran and took full advantage if it. I fell unsafe in the vehicle they sold me because they were so deceitful throughout the entire process. Craig and Nick will promise to make everything right up until you sign those papers. Anthony will do whatever he can to get you approved, evnlen if that means lying about income to the lenders. This place needs to be investigated by the Florida department of agriculture and consumer services. Craig thinks he can bully people by yelling at them in his office. Even their corporate offices reply to these post but have zero follow through. It's all a show. Even a salesman named Randall Lovell acted like he was going to do something to help but did nothing. Exceptional service I bought my Alpha Romero with an appearance package, which included window tinting. I noticed that the tint had bubbles on one window. I took it in an I bought my Alpha Romero with an appearance package, which included window tinting. I noticed that the tint had bubbles on one window. I took it in and had the tint replaced. Later, I noticed that the leather panel on the door under the window had a water mark along the lengh of the window. I brought the car back in to the dealership and showed the service department. They immediately talked to the tint installer. The service department, my sales person and the General Manager immediately took care of the situation. Instead of waiting for a replacement panel to be ordered, they took a panel off a car in the showroom and installed it in my car. While I was waiting my sales person, Joe Pfotenhauer, lent me his personal car so I could run some errands instead of waiting for my car at the dealership. They went above and beyond to make me happy and rectify the situation. More

Their tactics go beyond the typical shady used car salesmanship to fraudulent practices. During the shopping experience the salesman, Nick, basically said yes to everything we asked without actually knowing the truth. They first showed us the truck we were looking at in the shade. Looking back, they may have done this purposely to try and conceal a paint defect. Additionally, no one communicated our exact employment and wishes regarding our financing options to the finance guy, Anthony. This nearly ruined the purchase after they already ran out credit multiple times. Then after seeing the truck clean and in the sunlight, we noticed paint defects on the hood and the front fenders. This was the day we bought it after all the paperwork was signed. We asked about it immediately and were first told it was acid rain and typical for black cars in Florida. That answer didn't make sense to us, especially considering we grew up here and have another black vehicle that does not have this problem, so we started looking into it. We thought maybe it was a manufacturing defect, so we went back to talk to them about it. They made it clear they wouldn't do anything about it except put a clear coat over it. We then took the vehicle to the paint shop that handles Ford warranty work. They told us that not only had the truck been repainted, and the warranty wouldn't cover it, but was also a fleet vehicle that wasn't disclosed to us at the dealership, and the recalls had NOT been handled even though the salesman told us that they had been. This dealership will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get your money knowing that they are giving you false information and concealing the issues with their vehicles. You will end up having to make multiple trips to the dealership to try and get everything handled, just to be left with a vehicle that you immediately have to sink money into to fix. The used car sales manager, Craig, will seem at first like he wants to make sure you're a happy customer, but he obviously let's his sales team commit fraud to get your $$$. He will continue to lie to you. For example, the acid rain bit came from him along with him telling us that Ford's corrosion warranty would cover the paint, when it actually does NOT. Shouldn't he know at least a little bit about the industry in which he works? I would think so. And there's no way that they didnt know about the issues with the paint since we, as lay people who do not work in the car industry could see it as soon as the vehicle was cleaned and in the sun light. Bottom line, Craig, Nick, and Anthony were all happy to tell us whatever to make us sign the papers and get out of there. They knowingly sold us a defective vehicle. Do not waste your time and hard-earned money on this place. More
