Great and quick used car buying experience I was looking for bigger used car to replace my 2014 Corvette. I had done my research and found that there were a few dealers in the area that had th I was looking for bigger used car to replace my 2014 Corvette. I had done my research and found that there were a few dealers in the area that had the make and model of used car I was looking for (Chrysler 300). Brandon Auto mall had the exact car I was looking for so I contacted them via internet/text message and easily set up an appointment for the next morning. I also spoke with the used car manager about what I needed to get for my trade. It was a bit above book value but he asked me to bring it in so he could have a look to earn my business. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed by my salesman Mike Reed. Mike was very personable and helpful. What are the chances he had just moved to Florida and had previously worked at a Chrysler dealer in Missouri. Therefore, he knew the car inside and out. Like all car deals, now it came down to numbers. I had already known what I would take for my corvette, as we had previously discussed, and the sales manager was able to meet that amount. I also had a fair offer that I was willing to pay for their car. The process was a no pressure, easy agreement that I am very happy with. What more can you ask for from a used car deal??? Shawn greeted me and there was no hassle, no pushiness, just complete respect for me as a buyer and let me ask all the questions. After the test drive Shawn sat me down and asked what I thought and I knew I wanted to buy it. He was completely honest with me from the start on what the price of the jeep was and what I wanted for my trade in. We worked out a deal within 30 min, that personally, I felt Like I got more on the deal. Shawn passed me to the Finance manager Anthony, and The whole process literally took about an hour. I have never bought a car that easy. Imagine from test drive to driving my new jeep home in less that an hour and a half. They do awesome custom lifts and accessories that keep a new vehicle under warranty. I couldn't be more happy with my jeep or the service I got from Shawn and the others.
