Consistently Great Customer Care Derek took time out of his busy day to personally help me when my tires were vandalized. On a previous occasion, Derek personally helped me with an insurance claim when squirrels ate some of my Camry's ignition wiring. I have bought a few Toyotas from Derek over the past decade. Derek always gives me a fair price and a certified high quality used car. Derek always explains the features of the Toyota brand and always is very positive about the cars that he sells.
